Colin Rudd
Colin has a wealth of technical expertise beginning his carpentry journey in 1978. Colin is a co-owner of Calrudd Construction and has been the lead contractor of countless projects over the years. As a contractor, Colin has the skill set to bring architects’ and designers’ visions into reality and produce custom homes of surreal quality. Colin brings decades of experience producing exceptional millwork from his previous role as manager of the millwork shop where he was responsible for the production and quality control of architecturally designed doors, windows, custom millwork, and fine furnishings.

Ian Rudd
Ian has been part of the Calrudd team for nearly four decades and has extensive experience in all aspects of construction. Ian is a co-owner of Calrudd Construction and has been the lead contractor on numerous custom home builds completed to the highest standards of building. As a contractor, Ian is adept at establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key personnel with a unique ability to solve technical construction problems with clear concise solutions. Ian’s practical knowledge and quality mindset have allowed him to produce award-winning homes across BC.
David Rudd
Founder
1931 - 2023
David founded Calrudd Construction in 1975. He started his carpentry apprenticeship in England at the age of 14 and brought a lifetime of experience to countless Calrudd projects. He was a skillful contractor and a true professional.
